Arih & Charlie’s is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

1. ARIH & CHARLIE’S SHIPPING

  • Arih & Charlie’s delivers worldwide.
  • All orders will be shipped via USPS.

Arih & Charlie’s orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM). For security reasons, Arih & Charlie’s will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

2.SHIPPING COSTS

  • Arih & Charlie’s offers free shipping for orders over 150 USD (United States only).
  • Shipping costs will depend on the place of delivery of the order and the weight of the package and will be shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

Arih & Charlie’s may on occasion and as a result of special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase.

3.ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement.

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CET (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

4. SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times on international orders are subject to the delivery location of the order.

Orders shipped within the United States will have the following shipping times:

  • Priority Mail Express® Next Day to 2 Days
  • Priority Mail® 1 - 3 Days
  • USPS Retail Ground® 2 - 8 Days

Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.

5.SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number of your order. Be sure to track your order using the tracking number we provide. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the respective shipping company according to the tracking number provided or contact us through our contact information for further assistance and information.

6. CUSTOMS TAXES

Please note that for orders placed outside the United States, customs duties may apply depending on the customs laws of each country. The buyer is responsible for payment of any customs duties that may be imposed on your package upon entry into the destination country. Please check the customs situation in your country regarding the importation of goods and the collection of customs duties before placing an order, as Arih & Charlie’s cannot provide you with this information.

Arih & Charlie’s is not responsible for the payment of any customs duties that may apply to your international orders, nor is Arih & Charlie’s responsible for packages returned or undelivered due to non-payment of such duties. Payment of any duties that may apply to your package is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.

7. DELAYS

Arih & Charlie’s is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Furthermore, Arih & Charlie’s is not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

8. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

9. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

Arih & Charlie’s will not be responsible or reimburse for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they provide during the checkout process is current, correct and accurate. Before completing the checkout process, please ensure that you provide a correct, current and accurate delivery address.

If your order is not delivered due to incorrect, inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses and the order is returned to our premises, we reserve the right to charge you for additional delivery charges or to terminate this contract and issue a refund with the discounted value of the delivery.

10. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Arih & Charlie’s recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Arih & Charlie’s is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

11. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Arih & Charlie’s makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".

RETURN POLICY

1. REFUNDS

Customer satisfaction with our products is important to us, so we offer a full refund, if the customer is not satisfied with our products. The buyer can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving the order. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we cannot offer a refund.

Important:

  • We will only issue refunds for products that were purchased directly from our website.
  • To request a refund, you must send an email to support@arihandcharlies.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • We will not refund the original shipping charges unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error on our part such as the wrong product or an expired product.
  • The refund will be equal to the order total, plus any sales tax paid, less shipping charges. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • All products marked as "Final Sale" on the website are non-refundable.
  • Products on offer and purchased with promotional codes or on the basis of a promotion or competition are non-refundable.

2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We do our best to avoid any damage or defect in your products, however, if upon receiving the product, it is expired or it is the wrong product and you need to exchange the product for another one of the same reference or you need a refund, please send your request through our contact information. Only in these cases we will assume the shipping costs for sending a new product or in the case of requesting a refund, the original shipping costs will also be refunded.

3. PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

The refund request will be processed and resolved within 1 - 3 business days after the request is received. In case the request is denied you will receive an email. If your request is approved, you will receive a full refund including any sales tax paid during the purchase of the product and with the original shipping value deducted. In the case of requesting an exchange for a new product, the new product will be shipped to your delivery address. The refund will be made through the original payment method immediately after the request is approved.

Important: If the buyer requests a refund within 30 days of delivery of the product, without any reason, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

If the product is defective, expired or is the wrong product, the shipping of a new product to the buyer will be at Arih & Charlie's expense. If the buyer requests a refund, the buyer will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

4. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

Undeliverable packages that are returned to Arih & Charlie’s will not be automatically re-sent and additional shipping charges may be incurred. If you wish to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
